"Projects" Tab

This would be for large multi-ticket projects, a seperate tab on the side panel called "Projects".
Once the project is created, the ability to then link tickets under the project.
Some indicator on how complete the project is based off how many tickets inside the project are complete.
Tickets would still show up in the ticket tab, but be under a 'parent folder' of a project.
