How to stop losing unfinished post

It would be helpful if when you are creating a post for the end of your shift that it stays in a draft form when you are not signed on the computer due to being automatically signed off. When the system signs you off if you have not completed and submitted the post for your shift it gets deleted, and you have to retype it and, in some cases, it is very time consuming
