highlight in blue last click when scrolling through tickets.

When I am scrolling through the Tickets list, and I stop on one to view it. It would be very helpful if it were highlighted to let you know where you were/are. Simply have the mouse highlight blue the ticket and stay blue or whatever color y'all want.
